Very Pleased

I just seeded my annual rye grass on bare dirt. Immediately applied root booster. 4 days I have sprouts! I am well over 95% sprouted! Last year it took 8-10 days and some never sprouted (30%) using the same quality seed brand but no Turf Titan product. I also put the product on St Augustine sod that had been down for 12 days, was checker boarded, and was visually struggling. It has lit off since with fresh green leads spreading.

Root Booster?

It did nothing for my new grass that is why I only gave it 3 stars. To be honest I think my new grass didn't do anything has more to do with the clay soil and lack of rain. Going to try again, but I'm going to put peat moss on top of the seeds. If the seeds take I might give Root Booster another try.

Unbelievable Germination

I did a total lawn renovation and reseeded my lawn with Turf Type Tall Fescue. Two days after the seeding I applied Root Booster to the lawn. Within two days my lawn was exploding with green sprouts due to the seeds germinating. I'm now 3 wks post seeding and I have Fescue that's over 3 inches tall.
I highly recommend all Turf Titan products especially Root Booster if you're overseeding or doing a complete lawI renovation. It's mind blowing how fast the seeds will germinate.

Not impressed

Lawn looks the same as it did last year when I didn’t use anything.

How often should I apply this product?

After the first treatment, you should re-treat every 45-60 days during the growing season while temperatures are above 50 degrees Fahrenheit, to continue to enrich and feed the soil.

How long does it take to work?

Root Booster starts working immediately under the soil but expect to wait about 45 days to see the difference in your top growth.

Can I apply this product to new sod that was installed 3 weeks ago?

Absolutely. Root Booster will really help the roots get established in the new soil.

We have a lot of weeds. This will help the roots of the grass or the weed?

Unfortunately, Root Booster does not discriminate. It will make weeds grow as much as it make grass grow. If you can get the weeds under control I would use the Root Booster at that point. If you have a healthy established lawn, then you will have natural weed control. Hope this helps.

Can (and should) I apply Root Booster right after mechanical dethatching and overseeding?

Absolutely, when you over seed Root Booster is a perfect product to get the seed started and start the growth.

May I mix root booster and thatch buster with water in the same sprayer and spray them at same time?

You bet! That's a perfect way to apply both products and get the added benefit. We actually offer a bundle of both the Thatch Buster and Root Booster so customers can do that. 1:1 ratio is perfect. Thanks for your quesiton.

What exactly would I use Root Booster for?

It’s great for root establishment on all plants. Lawns, Gardens, Flowers, new Landscaping plants. It will produce bigger, more vibrant, more healthy plants and root systems

My mums are partially wilted/browning. How can I fix this?

Dose 4 oz. per gallon of Root Booster or Lawn Advancer and spray the root zone and water in.

I have an organic vegetable garden. Can I use the Root Booster on vegetables? How do I use it? Root drench or foliar? Is it organic?

It is 100% natural. Only containing microorganisms.

For Foliar Application: Mix 2 oz. of Root Booster per gallon of water/ nutrient. Mist plant everyday.

For Vegetative and Flower Applications: 1 oz. per gallon of water/ nutrient once a week.

32 oz. of Root Booster per plant over a 120 day growing cycle.

I just purchased Root Booster. How often can I apply it?

You can apply it every 4-6 weeks when temperatures are above 50 degrees F. It’s great to apply it in the spring and fall.

You cannot go wrong applying the product often. It will help to add additional biological power to the lawn and also the rhizosphere, this is where the roots meet the soil and where the biological interactions take place for the microbes. It's a process in rebuilding soil health and takes patience but the long-term benefits are great.
