Our products are made to last, but if for some reason something goes wrong or the product doesn't work as expected just contact us and we will do everything in our power to make it right.

Our policy lasts 45 days; if it's been more than that since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To return an item for any reason, the product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure full credit on receiving it back at the store level. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

1. How long will it take to get my refund?
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your returned item. Once approved, a refund of the price paid for it plus applicable taxes (or an exchange if preferred) will be made to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-3 business days
2. Can I return a product that has been on clearance/closeout?
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
3. What do I do if I need / want to exchange a product?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, so if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may or not be deducted from that amount.
Depending on where you live and how long it takes exchanges process through postal services, this time could vary greatly after receiving an exchange package. If you want guaranteed safe delivery back into our hands with proof of receipt upon arrival please use trackable service at least over $75 worth in value; otherwise consider using insurance as well even though we do not guarantee having received any packages returned via regular mail without tracking options since no signature confirmation is involved either way!
*No visible marks or damage, all original parts, components, and inserts are included, the unit remains in original packaging. If Turf Titan determines that a returned unit is not in like-new condition, Turf TItan will ship the unit back to the purchaser.
